The SELECT DOSER™ product line offers proportional additive pumps ideal for agricultural and industrial operations to accurately dispense vaccines, medications, vitamins, sanitizers and other solutions into low- or high-pressure watering systems. Select Doser™ can be customized to dose at any ratio from 1:10 down to 1:100,000 or deliver product in parts per million (ppm). This customization gives Select Doser™ a unique advantage over other water medicators on the market.

DESIGN

The Select Doser™ includes built-in Dosing Solutions control software and durable industry leading motors / pumps. Unlike many pumps on the market that corrode overtime, the Select Doser™ is corrosion resistant. The peristaltic pump design prevents aggressive products from contacting the working parts of the pump. This action also prevents dangerous cross contamination and product backflow.

ON SCREEN MENU 

In addition to up-to-the-minute data on water flow, the on-screen menu allows the operator to select custom settings including meter only feature, dosing ratio selection, sensor selection, custom ratio adjustment, priming option and water consumption total.

ACCURATE

Through peristaltic action, the Select Doser™ yields precise water-to-product ratios with over 95% ACCURACY. The accuracy of the unit prevents overdosing – saving the user money and resulting in fewer health problems in livestock operations. Accuracy means faster gains!

LOW MAINTENANCE

NO Seals, NO Valves and NO Springs to replace. Just change the pump tube!

The SpinStir™ supplies sufficient agitation to keep nutritional, medicinal, vaccines and horticultural powder particles in suspension through the dosing period. All active ingredients are dosed accurately with no product residue remaining at the end of the dosing period. The 12-Volt DC Power Supply with adjustable speed control allows the user to adjust rotation speed of the stirring magnet. Recommended for use with Select Doser™.
